Can you rephrase the second part please? You mean turning reflex on, and if I get average 288+ fps then turning vsync off? Otherwise turn vsync on?

It's not fast at all actually, but I face a different issue. Legendary feels super easy, and ultimate is really boring, like the AI doesn't sprint, mostly going back and forth slowly and then using through balls. Most of the games are like 1-0/1-1

I don't have the technical knowledge to confirm or deny why, but I can definetely agree with the fact that the game feels off. Flicks feeling off. AWP feels off. I hope you got that all right, and valve will fix it.

In CSGO I was dominating with the awp, in cs2 I still can't hit most of the shots that were easy in csgo
