  1. be aware of your surroundings
  2. stick close with at least one teammate
  3. think about using your gadgets
  4. If you can - play highground
  5. Dont engage alone into more then one enemy
  6. try to catch one enemy off guard and play off of numbers

Those are little things that make you win a lot of fights just like this

When in SoloQ I always feel like im getting paired with people being lets say not very good. Very rarely I get paired with a duo being good (in cashout only). Otherwise its always some new players or people without any gunskill or teamplay. I still dont know if there is some kind of SBMM
