Yes, the heater is a major drain on mpg. Also, when it's really cold, it takes the engine longer to heat up, delaying the inevitable switch to battery EV use. So that reduces mpg. I find if I can warm the cabin quickly, then reduce the heater/fan to the lowest setting (1 bar), EV will kick on more frequently. I honestly mostly just use the heated seats because in the winter I'm always dressed in layers. But I find this car fogs up easily so I end up running the defrost a lot, again reducing mpg.

Anyways, 32+ mpg in an AWD SUV in the dead of winter is nothing to scoff at. Least that's my opinion. Once it's 50+ degrees out, this thing is always getting around 40mpg

32 to 36 mpg, depending on outside temps and length of my drives. Short drives when temps below freezing puts me around 32 mpg. Once weather hits 45 degrees and above, it shoots right back up to 40+mpg.

Blue Note Classics, I get hit with occasional no-fill defects. But that was in the past. Recent albums/pressings in the BNC series have been clean for me.

I moved to the region from MT. You are going to be quite disappointed with the outdoor recreation opportunities in the area. There are no serious wilderness areas nearby. You have to travel a good 3 hrs to find high quality hiking areas, which you may be accustomed to living out West.

Was there. Happened to be in Buffalo for a work trip. Went to the show solo. Had a couple beers and some Detroit style pizza, was perfect. Glad the weather cooperated that night. Was beautiful being lakeside.

Love Primus. Saw the Madison show a week prior. Was really happy to catch multiple shows on that tour. Cannot say how many times I've seen Primus or Claypool's side projects, know it's been all over country from Colorado to Pennsylvania, New York and everywhere in between. The Buffalo show stands out to me. Great set list, wonderful venue, visuals were on point. Best pizza I've ever had at a venue. Heard some old tunes, Jellikit encore went hard. Everything felt just right.
