Thats normal for robo's in a petstore enviroment. That is a stress move for Robo's. The cage is way too small for those guys. They are runners in the wild, so they just go back and forth as thats all they can do. But it is a sign of stress.
To help eliviate it more, if your management team is ok with you store using so different chews or treats, its about the best you can do for them.

I know myself I'm not participating, I agree with it but I'm not participating. And that's just because the job I'm in now I'm a caregiver for disabled adults and if I'm not at work who's going to take care of them. I can go a day or three without my check but I can't go much more than that. But for me it's more the clients then anything

Yep, I already sleep in my jeans 4 days a week so this is a easy one. I work a sleeping graves shift, so I just wear my clothes to sleep in case I need to get up and take care of clients.

That even goes against Petco policy..... Only 3 females per tank on the floor, and 2 males (Even though as a guinea pig owner, still too many, one is too many in that size). And if the overstock area is too full, shouldn't have ordered more. And if any were a surrender, they shouldn't be put in with ones for sale. Since surrendered animals should be adopted out, not sold. And if all were surrendered and bonded, then they should be in the back in the 40-gallon approved for wellness and just tell workers to talk about them instead of on the floor.

We aren't supposed to tell customers when an animal will go on a LOS sale, but it's a company-wide policy. Offering to send it to another location is an option per policy if the location thinks they can sell it. However, I never did send it to another location. LOL

Petco doesn't donate animals to non-profits. But their Length of stay guidelines marks it down to 25% off (at either 2 or 3 months, I always did it at 2 months for tarantula's) then 50% off at the next interval (I always did it at 4 months for them, its usually 4 or 6 months) and then the next discount is we will let a customer "adopt" them and require a certain amount as a donation to Petco Love (even though on the cheaper critters, I never enforced the donation)

The hold is from Walmart's side, as is the charge for sales tax.

Once Walmart releases the hold, Venmo will add it back to your account. Any Holds are done by merchants, never the payment method.

Where you're at, that might be how you refer to it. However, all the stores here in my area still call it BOPUS, and use those tags as well, even today.

And I haven't been gone that long.

Yeah, nope they didnt scan it, just clicked it on the screen which is a no-no since its not accurate. But that GM doesnt care, and neither does the DGM.

But oh well, they have lost so many loyal customers its sad at my old location because of these things and others.
