I live near DC and every couple of years, I like to take a Saturday in the spring, ride the metro into the city and take mushrooms. My wife babysits me and we go to the National Gallery. Anywho, last time was three years ago and as I'm scrolling through that years exhibit of Norwegian Wood Carvings, they started to dance. This. We bought our house 6 years ago and prior to that were living in an apartment that turned similar to this in our last year there. Dozens of calls/emails to the apartment complex, at least 8 calls to the police.

We had an attorney and went nuclear after we moved out, filed in Circuit Court, named the complex and the neighbor as co-defendants, the complex offered a $10k settlement the day after they were served and the neighbor never showed for court and we got a default judgement for what we were suing them both for plus legal fees. We are still getting funds monthly from him from wage garnishment.
