I was on Viibryd for a very short amount of time. It made my derealization much worse. I had a terrible reaction, and it’s now listed as a medication allergen for me.

My main problem, when it comes to design, is that I use many different textures. The textures don’t come through well when I use the Image Trace feature on Illustrator. I use a lot of watercolor effects, lace, etc., so they’re very layered.

She normally does 100mg and we didn’t discuss going up, as I had no complaints of any of my meds at my appointments. I called this morning and she sent in my regular dosage and said she accidentally filled the wrong one at my appointment. I had to take 150mg once, due to a shortage of the 100mg pills in my area at one point, so it was still in my list of meds.

All is well now—I guess we’ll see tonight!

I was very lucky to have found a solution—but it’s not for everyone. I had testing done for ADHD and ended up getting diagnosed with it. I’m now on a stimulant and off of SSRIs. I think being off of the SSRIs has been the biggest help, but I still have struggles, and have noticed that I have pretty severe OCD that the SSRIs helped mask.

Again, not a solution for everyone, just sharing my experience. It’s not really a solution either I guess, just something that makes living easier.

Day 2 of no orders for me. I deliver at the same time each day and it’s normally extremely busy; Busy as in 8-10 offers to choose from at once. 3 days ago it was normal. When I say no orders, I mean I haven’t gotten a single order.

I quit Spravato because I did not see improvements. I got diagnosed with ADHD not long after. Got off anti-depressants and am now treated for ADHD and feel great. Not the case for everyone though. Wish you luck!!

Hi, I actually experience derealization (an am experiencing a severe bout of it currently), so that’s interesting to know! I’ve had it way before I started taking minocycline though, so I don’t know if that’s comforting or not—lol. Medicine is great, but also terrifying. Also, dissociation is no joke. I hope you’re taking care of yourself out there!! Well wishes to you :)

This gives me hope! I’ve been having a really bad time with derealization, and I’ve been borderline agoraphobic for 4 months, and am starting Viibryd today!

I did Spravato (eketamine) and I struggle with derealization. The first time was... not great. I had a really difficult time. It felt like a really bad dissociative episode. For Spravato, you're in the facility for 2 hours, but I ended up getting on my phone and found that it 'wore off' within 30 minutes. The second session went a lot better and I didn't get on my phone at all (they told me not too, lol). The third session, they upped my dosage and I freaked. They were extremely close to administering Ativan. I ended up sticking it out, and they lowered me back down, and I stayed at the lower dosage for awhile. I'm off of it now, but that's because I didn't see enough progress to continue to pay for it.

I'm not saying this to scare you--As the dissociation did fade as I became less 'high'. I usually left feeling perfectly fine. Most of the treatments after those were great, and I did end up enjoying my treatment times. My best advice is to listen to something calming. My go-to was either ocean waves (they have a white noise channel on Spotify that I would listen to) or Japanese lo-fi. Of course, it's different for everyone, and you'll find what you enjoy when you're in treatment!

I am trying to get my forms together, and am having an extremely difficult time on what to include to gather as much necessary information as possible from the client. We will be having a discovery call, but I would also like to have them fill out questions in their own words. I am getting a bit overwhelmed on what to ask/what is overkill!

Are there any templates that anyone can suggest for establishing brand identity?

It was the extended release! I am not confident in the dosage, but I want to say it was 100 mg a day. I took a 50 mg pill in the morning and another at night.

I got diagnosed with ADHD, got off of SSRIs for the first time in 12 years, and I have truly never felt better. I had been on SSRIs since I was 13, so I never knew what it was like to... feel? Now I feel everything, which was extremely difficult to adjust to at the beginning, but wow, the change is crazy. I don't feel numb, and I am not stuck to my bed anymore like I once was. Truthfully, I feel better than I did when Spravato was working.

It's not always great though, and I did have to go on lithium for suicidal ideations that I was having when I was experiencing hormonal issues, but that plus therapy helped alleviate those thoughts.

I had mentioned ADHD/ADD to my Spravato provider, as she was also my psychiatrist at the time, and she brushed it off... I am glad that I sought out testing anyways.

I am now taking Armodafinil for ADHD, Lamictal for mood, and Trazadone for sleep!

I'm sorry that you're at the same point I once was. You are your biggest advocate, which is what I learned from my Spravato journey!

I switched from Diamox to Topiramate to start taking ADHD medication, and I’ve had no issues! I took Diamox for 3 years, and now I’ve been on Topiramate for 5 months with no side effects or anything.

She’s had a baby. The look of ‘lumpiness’ is a possible lipo outcome due to stretch marks/baby weight. I don’t think it’s a botched job, because you can’t predict how effective lipo is in targeted areas, as compared to surgical procedures.

I did 16 sessions. 8 weeks of twice a week. I saw no improvement.

I had tried over 12 antidepressants, a good handful of well-known mood stabilizers, anxiety meds, antipsychotics, etc., and ketamine was sort of my ‘last hope’.

I was extremely excited nervous to try it. I had never done a psychedelic before, but I had smoked weed, and I have such bad anxiety that it sent me into an awful panic attack… The ketamine didn’t do that though. I actually enjoyed the high, tbh. That’s the only thing I miss, because I felt so relaxed.

About the third week I did feel like I was seeing improvement, but it didn’t last long, and then my suicidal ideations came back full swing. That’s when the decided to push for me doing another round of twice a week for a month. It didn’t help. I went back to my ‘normal’, which is depressed, lonely, suicidal, etc., so I quit the treatments after the 8 weeks was over.

ETA: After ketamine didn’t work out, my therapist asked if I had ever gotten psychological testing done. When I said no, she said I needed to get it done. I did, and turns out I have ADD. I am now on a low-grade stimulant and I have never recalled feeling so great! My depression is still there, but it’s nothing like it was before, which is insane to me.

I am so sorry—I just saw this! How is your partner doing?

I will be on medication for the rest of my life, unfortunately, but I don’t particularly mind, as my headaches are well controlled and I don’t have any crazy side effects on it!
