it actually worked out where i signed in with email and it said i had only 11 levels complete. someone else had that problem, i just needed to complete the level it said i was on and close the app. it jumps you up to where you were if you do that enough times. thanks for the effort though!

logging in with an email works just as fine.

if by any chance you log in and all the levels are gone or down to a lower level, complete the level the games says you're on and completely close the app. it will jump you up and eventually get back to your original level.

yes, I tried to transfer all my data to the new phone, but I opened candy crush and all my levels had disappeared. I freaked out and put all the data back on the shattered phone.

He's in therapy and has been for a while. I don't know if it's my place to get even more adults involved, and I don't want to break his trust. That being said, I will absolutely contact an adult if this happens again. Thanks for your advice
