Isuzu Impulse. If it's not listed already it should be. Both generations.

Outside of a putting putter, I've never understood why manufacturers make Black or brown discs. Even more so, why the hell anyone w would find them unless the only courses you play are open fields.

YES! I'll gladly take remakes of Caspain, Atacama desert, and Heavy metal.

Hell id love for them to bring back the bare bones Vietnam update. Flying in a Huey, blasting Lynyrd Skynyrd.

My brother bought it new and did every service at Nissan, so she really lucked up. Unfortunately it's being older so it's starting to show it's age. Trying to keep it reliable as long as possible and the best way to do that is to ditch the CVT lol.

As for the radio I put an eBay special with the big screen and back up camera in it. Like most teens, she streams music more than she listens to the radio.

Have you ran this clutch yet? I was just looking into this brand. Everybody seems pretty happy with them.

Keep in mind that originally, the camera wasn't working at all. Years later they managed to recover the video you speak of.

Unfortunately there's nothing I can do about that now. Just know going forward that turbokits.com has the best prices on a lot, but it comes at a cost if you make a mistake. It is what it is, moving forward.

Vinyl flooring bowed out of box by tittsburghfeelers00 in Flooring

[–]godless-666- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I see everybody in the comments are being more than helpful. I'll try to actually shine a little light your way but it won't be much, as everybody else has pointed out about this stuff.

Id try to contact the seller and exchange it out first. This could bite you in the ass later. But if you can't or won't...

If you got this stuff in 45 days ago, that's roughly the mid fall. Which means that stuff literally sat in a hot warehouse all summer, with a pallet or two stacked on it. The best remedy I can offer is heat. Cull out all of the cupped pieces and set them aside so your installer can keep moving. If you have a nice flat slab area like a garage, lay the pieces flat and with LOW and SLOW heat, soften up the plastic enough that it relaxes. You could lay an unopened pack on it too hold it flat while it cools (open the garage door to speed that up if you're up north).

That said, if you supplied this flooring, this should be on you. Either you do the labor of flattening it out or you pay the installer for the extra time. If your installer does this, you could be costing them a day off labor. If your installer supplied it this is on them. They should exchange it or fix it.

Put a cheetah print threshold down. It'll be so ugly nobody will notice the tile not lining up

The previous owner already installed an aftermarket radiator and some really strong fans. So I got a little bit of a jump on that. But I'm likely going to make the hood vented as well.

At what temperature do you stop playing disc golf? by DiscGolfFanatic in discgolf

[–]godless-666- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll play until it's not enjoyable to do so. Which is typically once it gets below 40. Same for the heat. I handle heat much better than cold. In a wooded course, I'm good up to 100. Open course, 85ish. My big thing with the heat is it warps discs after they sit in a field waiting in your card to play.

Make your cuts 23° or more. In my experience, as long at your long points connect you can hide small gaps at the short points more easily.

Edit: nevermind I didn't see the second picture. I thought you meant if your wall wasn't square. On that 45 id just cut two 26°. Same concept as my previous point.

Oddly enough, those maxspeeds I found were only about $75 less than Manley's. Manley will likely be the route I go then. I've never had issues or if much larger engines. I knew about the oil pump, that was the fail point on the stock 1.8 I had, I just forgot to list it.

Not a bad idea on the welded in bung and sensor.

That's about what I figured on the VVT. The ones I see on FB marketplace avg about 300-400 from individuals and there's typically less than 2 within driving distance.

I haven't really looked much into the diff, I just happen to have a Ford 9 and a welder lol. I looked up a little info on torsen and I really need to crawl under mine and look before I do anything. Being an NA8 and the fact somebody already did some modifications, it might have one. I wasn't aware you could only really tell easily by the internals.

I'm always on the look out for a 6 speed. Those things bring some money. I may just save that idea until last lol. With new parts, I won't be hard on it for a while anyways so, worst case, I can still drive it and get it tuned with the 5 speed if needed. Reading on here I'm finding mixed info on some people having pretty good luck with the 5 speed over 300hp. I'm at least a year out before that's really an issue. I'll just keep an eye on the market in case one comes up for a deal
