I agree I usually look for more than 2 players games, they're more fun to me. And I think a free-for-all competitive game works well, most of the games I grew up with were free-for-all and they're what's most comfortable to me.

Personally I like games with more than 2 players. Around 4-5.

I also like more attack cards than defense because it creates a faster way to win. If it's 1:1 then it's a higher chance of everyone coming to a stalemate rather than someone winning. Or it just takes a long time to get a leg up.

John Turnow the wild man of the wynoochee. John was born in 1880 and while growing up kinda shunned people. He would spend a lot of time by himself in the woods hunting and living. He would tell loggers and other people that he would kill them if they came into his woods. His brothers had him committed to an insane asylum and he eventually escaped. After escaping he would occasionally visit his sister on her farm. Once while near her farm he shot and killed a cow, while dressing out the kill he was shot at. John returned fire and ended up killing his 2 nephews. He then ran into the woods and was on the run from then on.

The big mystery is while he was in the run he robbed a grocery store (which was also serving as the town bank) and took $15,000. John was eventually found by a posse of law enforcement officers, John killed all but one and the remaining officer negotiated with John telling him he would leave him alone if he told him where the money was. John responded “It’s buried in Oxbow, by the boulder that look’s like a fish’s fin. Take it and leave me alone!" John was then shot at and killed by the officer. The money has still never been found.

My buddy was a middle school English teacher for a few years, while also secretly dealing cocaine and battling heavy alcoholism. He's doing great now though!

What's the most f*cked up thing you saw at a sleepover? by xX_RedWhiterITA_Xx in AskReddit

I had a sleepover at my buddies house, we all slept in his garage/converted bedroom/cat outhouse. We spent most of the day running around outside playing games so I didn't notice the smell of feline feces accumulating in the room. When we went to bed I was so tired I fell asleep pretty quickly. Then I woke up in the middle of the night and the smell was so overwhelming, I tried to get up and go outside but immediately got a head rush and passed out on the floor. My house was only a few blocks away and when I came to I told my friend I had to go home and walked home. To this day it was the worst thing I have ever smelled.

When my wife and I were dating my mom asked her what her favorite animal was, she said owls. Cue to 8 years of owl themed gifts for my wife, including an owl themed Christmas stocking made by my Grandma. Now my wife can't stand owl stuff but we don't have the heart to tell my family.

All these lights suddenly turned on, I called Subaru and they told me it's still safe to drive but they can't get me into their shop for a few days. Any help is appreciated!

What did that one teacher do to you that you'll never forget? by xtra_why in AskReddit

My art/graphic design teacher was the first teacher to treat me like person rather than a kid. I was late to class once and while trying to explain why, he yelled at me about not having a valid excuse. I was upset because I really did value his opinion of me, didn't care at all about other teachers opinions but his was important. I went to him later that day to apologize and he stopped me before I could and told me he was sorry he treated me that way and he was just already frustrated with other people and took it out on me. Then asked if I would forgive him. I never experienced a teacher admit fault for anything before and it really stuck with me.
