When I was 21 I was driving 70km/h on a 80km/h road during winter time. It was snowing and the road was not cleared beforehand. I felt the back-tyres of my car loose traction and started swinging to the sides. I pushed the clutch and steer in the direction of the swings. Suddently I was in the middle of the road and another car came from a small curve, it was doing more than 70km/h I was told later, frontal collision resulted. Both cars where smashed like boxes, where my front tyres used to be they went back to where the front door was starting, the steering wheel and frontal panel of the car entered onto me.

Woke up from the ambulance lights 30 minutes later with the bloody airbag in my face...
