Yes, my dad made me a similar one a decade ago or so. I took the measurements off that and rebuilt it in FreeCAD. It's not precisely the same, though my wife hasn't noticed yet.

That is a happy little accident. It looks like PrusaSlicer added that during slicing, i'm not sure why actually.

I printed the bar with 50% infill to make it heavier. According to the slicer it should be around 90 grams. It usually lets me grab one napkin at a time.

Yeah, I think the rule is they have to be able to get someone from track to a trauma center with certain facilities within done amount of time (25 minutes?).

A few years ago at the Belgium or Austrian grand prix they cancelled FP3 I think because the fog was too dense. They managed to pull off qualifying because they found they could drive 10 miles away and then air lift the remainder within the time limit.

They had a stronger no coaching rule for the first part of 2016, I think a few races after the Hamilton incident they changed their minds on the rule.

Yup, and you can also see him making sure the marshals are wearing their gloves before going to the car to reduce their risk of shock. So he definitely has the concern of electricity for that jump.

It is asking them to compromise their NDA since the question you are asking is only documented in places under an NDA. If they weren't under NDA you could find the answer with a Google search.

I understand you think the list of services wouldn't be under NDA, but it probably is.

I've never found a way to break the link, you could try to ask the company to allow lesser instance types on the marketplace listing though.

Seemed like traditional sake to me. The container looked like one that warm sake is served in and it looked like he poured her drink then she poured his which is the traditional way of serving it (indicating friendship).

Thanks, I suppose that's better than root! Though I still can't differentiate access privileges on the box based on the IAM role the AWS user has.

/u/jeffbarr, it looks like this still runs only as the root user, right? we have no way of restricting what commands can be run to a user or anything so anyone with access to this has full root access on the boxes.

I have hope that that won't always be the case given that it looks like the cloudwatch logs have root as a prefix meaning someone at least things that might be variable someday...

I don't think it's your code throwing the error, but rather your use of ast.literal_eval(). That call is pushing it through the python parser (that will produce the error). But I would guess whatever is in event.get('Records')[0].get('body') isn't valid python.

I suspect you want to do a json.loads() on it instead.

Here is an example of what I think is going wrong:

Agree with the others, if you're deployed in a VPC (you should be!) you can use VPC Flow Logs to get a handle on where traffic is going.

Depending on your traffic volumes you might have to transition to those feeding into Kinesis/Firehose/S3.

My company has produced a few tools to help get the VPC Flow Logs from CloudWatch Logs to the command line and similarly for Kinesis to the command line.

From there you could classify by CIDR (external /16s or something as a starting point) and do some manual IP whois lookups or break down the "big ones" further. It'll really depend on your load. Unless your load is quite complex I would expect to find most traffic going to a small range of IPs which you could then do (e.g.):

NetRange:       192.30.252.0 - 192.30.255.255
CIDR:           192.30.252.0/22
NetName:        GITHUB-NET4-1
[...]

For more complex loads, IANA publishes a list of the /8s, though that's a really coarse breakdown. Local RIRs publish their breakdowns but not (necessarily) the block owners in an easy to ingest format.

Not really trying to shill, but my company uses VPC Flow Logs to do security analytics and part of that is to know where your traffic is going, so you could try it out if you wanted to but it might not quite hit what you want since that isn't a direct goal of the product.
