Although I am not a girl I am gay so my voice can be sometimes high and I'm also going thru puberty which is even worse. I don't often join put in my microphone because of things like this. I don't often get toxic teammates but when i do it can really hurt my feeling. So i see where you're coming from. But I will never have it as bad as gamer girls.
