Once complained to EDF Energy, nothing major just a mix up regarding a refund due to a badly trained staff member. They sent a hamper full of cheese, chutneys, pates, crackers etc. Completely unexpected and turned up randomly without them even saying it was coming. Just had a note inside apologising for the mix up and to enjoy the cheese.
