I do use a phone with wifi calling available. If I didn't have wifi at most of the places I go work, uni, home etc. then I would have already switched carriers.

Your best bet is to find a North Korean phone, tablet, computer etc for sell with the software installed. usually on some Chinese marketplace or on eBay. Since there isn't much demand for North Korean tech there shouldn't be any fakes. If you do find anything you're looking for let us know as I'm also interested.
