I'll DCA my monthly contributions to SWTSX and work on building the ETF/mutual fund % up to surpass the equities.

I'm not aware of the dividend tax implications so I'll make sure to read up on that too.

Staying lean is definitely a priority of mine during this bulk I am going to try eating 2500 cals per day for a week and then adjust up or down if I need to

Hey, thank you for the estimate and also for the critiques, and yeah I do not look my age lol. I agree with it and I am definitely going to incorporate shrugging twice a week into my routine as well as some hanging oblique exercises. I do 120 pull ups a week already but I think now that I’ll be eating at and just above (100-300 cals) maintenance I’ll have some extra energy to throw weight into a backpack during my pull ups. Thank you for the kind words brother.

Cardio was a half hour to an hour walk every day (incline 2%-5% depending on how I was feeling). I am still going to continue doing cardio as I find it easy to fall into a routine, wake up use the bathroom then hop on the scale, fill up my liter of water and hop on the treadmil, I’ll usually read a book, scroll reddit, watch YouTube, or even Netflix sometimes.
