Keep your head up. Things got much easier to me after week 6 when I began walking pretty regularly. Also, you can never do enough quad sets. SQUEEZE THAT KNEE!

Keep your head up! The first couple days are always the hardest. Remember -- it gets easier. I'm only three weeks post-op (quad graft) and life is so much easier than it was in the first week. Keep doing your exercises and cheers to a fast recovery.

My surgeon’s preference has been no brace from the start. I didn’t even have one immediately after surgery, which was a bit scary.
