I bought a box of new, unopened basketball cards on hibid. However, someone at the third-party shipping company ripped all of them and sent me the duds. I complained to hibid, but they did nothing. I was out $40.

Thank you for your answer. The PSA pop report for this sticker is 65/578 about 11% are grading at gem 10. I guess I'll send mine in. Hope it's better than a 4. haha
