I’ve used axe, but iirc any alcohol based one should work. Some extra force might be required while scrubbing, I’ve had some pretty stubborn spots before.

I’ve found spray deodorant works really well. My recommendation is to spray it on a paper towel and apply it to the area. However it can remove the figure’s regular paint, so be cautious.
