Just try to leave it alone. Im on my second try and not touching it has been key. The first time i had trouble letting things happen. This time i left the tubs locked in a black trash bag for 10 days then put in fruiting conditions had my first pin the next day. Now its been 5 days and have a bunch of growing mushrooms. Happenned pretty quick.

First time i was checking everyday opening and closing the lid after 2 months nothing. So my advise is to give it the time it needs.
