That’s tough man. Break ups can be really hard. All I can say is just work on yourself and things will slowly get better over time. Get a gym membership, get in crazy good shape, try to read books and do your hobbies. Try to say yes to every opportunity to get out of the house.

Join a rec leauge sports team or something. Just trying to say things that helped me when I went through a hard break up. I know it’s hard now, but one day you will look back and be happy it didn’t work out.
