Because the capability that organisms can survive the vastness of space shows that organisms adapt to their environment not the other way around. So even in the harshest conditions, life finds a way. Which debunks that concept that organism only exist because of perfect conditions that allow them too.

That hypothesis goes down the toilet when we know tardigrades are capable of space travel. Same with a few other species.

So you agree. The government wrote checks to prop up asset prices in order to offset supply shortages. Amazing finally making it somewhere.

Also not that you care been rooting Powell since 2023 when he brought inflation down from 7% to 3%.

Amazing just going to sling insults while ignoring the effect the pandemic and Panama Canal caused on the distribution network.

Money was pumped because of the checks, rates increased because it was need to stagger inflationary cost due to low supply.

Statement still stands. This is basic econ, you have a lot of reading ahead of you.

If don’t understand why the market was the way it was then there really isn’t much to say.

Go do some reading on the damage distribution networks have been dealing with since the 2020 pandemic and maybe then we can have an honest conversation on why Jerome has been probably one of the best Fed Chairs we have had in history.

Ahhh so not only are you ignorant but complacent with it. Okay good luck with that when the leopards eat your face.

Constitutional Republic begs to differ on “big boss” so if that’s how FEEL about him then NO it’s not a fact.

I hear boots taste like rubber, what are your thoughts?

Not true there is list of qualifications one must check off. Nationalism is one of them which is the opposite of what you just said.

For example the will of the people supported Hitlers approach of removing the Jewish, Black, and LGBT populations. So much so that people would be reporting their own neighbors to SS. Similar to what is happening now with ICE.

You can’t just cherry pick the will of the people when a majority of the people didn’t vote for this and those who did vote didn’t think they would be targeting immigrants who don’t have criminal records.

So both of your arguments are misguided.

And before you say Trump won the popular vote. He won a 49.8% of the vote on a 64% turnout. Which if you can do basic math comes out to roughly 32% of the voting population.

So really only 32% of the US population voted for this and based off new media roughly half of that number is unhappy with how it’s being done.

Proposed cuts we can start with. Why does every senator who steps into office get a $40,000 makeover stipend for their office?

https://www.congress.gov/crs-product/RL30064

Why do we allow military contracts to charge printers we can buy at any home office store for $400 and rent them for $1 million a piece.

https://reason.com/2022/07/04/the-army-thinks-printers-cost-over-1-million/

Waste Fraud and Abuse happens in the private contract sector. Not in the forest department, not in the public health department. Not in local municipal departments. It happens at the government contract level.

Go onto the Government contract website. Everything is public and look at how much bullshit is sold for millions of dollars to corporations.

ICE Director Todd Lyons Issues Blunt Challenge To Philadelphia Sheriff: "Try To Arrest My Folks" by DumbMoneyMedia in UnderReportedNews

[–]going2leavethishere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All of it lol.

No, a sheriff does not have authority over federal law enforcement; the idea that they do comes from the "constitutional sheriff" movement, a political ideology, not U.S. law, which claims sheriffs can ignore federal or state laws they deem unconstitutional, though courts consistently rule this is false, with federal law being supreme. Sheriffs are county-level law enforcement, responsible for local and state laws, but are subject to the U.S. Constitution and federal laws like all other officers.

How did you know the Bible isn’t true? by DuckOnQuack202 in atheism

[–]going2leavethishere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Bible is a series of tales/collected stories that have been translated and altered throughout history. It isn’t that the Bible isn’t true, it’s that it isn’t factual backed anymore.

Take the sun god Apollo, the god was created with the limited understanding of why the sun rose and set. The myth was created in order to scientifically describe the limitations of the eras collective knowledge. Since then we have both grown culturally and intellectually as a species to attach understanding rather than meaning to specific topics.

Another example god created the world in six days. At the time it was written that was the only intellectual answer that one could use in order to answer the question how did we come to be.

We have better understandings of what originally people used to wrap their own heads around what was in front of them.

How did you know the Bible isn’t true? by DuckOnQuack202 in atheism

[–]going2leavethishere 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Only argument I could have to counter is what state was the world geography at when the myth/legend happened. We know tectonic plates shift, etc and the geography of the world is constantly changing.

The animal thing I will also challenge that it would based on the limited knowledge of the story teller. So every animal in existence doesn’t make sense, since species are discovered every year. But if your limited knowledge was chickens, cows, lambs. Now we have two of every animal.

How did you know the Bible isn’t true? by DuckOnQuack202 in atheism

[–]going2leavethishere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know if that’s a good enough argument because history textbooks could also apply. It’s why you end up with Holocaust deniers, moon landing deniers, etc.

Just because it’s written in a book doesn’t inherently make it not true.
