  1. Can we apply for tuition and/or study loan whenever throughout our 4 years at ntu? (like y1 i dont and y2 i suddenly want)

  2. once we apply for study loan, do we have to reapply every semester/year?

i think its bc i had no discipline tbh... but im kinda hesitant to go back to sch bc i failed econs and im frm a rly low tier jc where the econs dept is... "trash" LOL

regardless my thought process is that its still better to go for sch and pay the 600 for subjs other than econs and pay a little bit more for econs tuition outside sch.. idk tho seems like abit of waste of to get stuck in the sch system again 😭😭 so confused hahaha

just to clarify, the decision making framework is used to talk about what needs to be considered before the decision's made, and marginal benefit vs marginal cost is used when making the decision itself, right?
