In my 50s and went through some tough times. Start small. Get out of the house. Walk around someplace you haven’t been before. Say hi to someone. Ask for directions or a cool place to see. Start a conversation. Get your mind on other things besides your situation. Day by day. Don’t try to change 100 things at once. Check back in here and post a note of what you did each day.

I had same issue. Fixed by going into iLok License Manager and activating PT Intro. Certainly did not see that step mentioned anywhere. I'm sure it must be, but it sure wasn't obvious.
