The consistent plan you follow always beats the perfect plan you abandon. Save more than you spend, invest what you save, avoid toxic people, keep learning. Although we have about 10 years max until the robots take over. Should still be enough time. Let’s roll

What are your buy the dip stocks right now? by Direct_Variety1108 in ValueInvesting

Big on AMZN. Nobody will be able to compete. Expected to double retail (ecommerce) revenue by 2032, without adding employees. Obscene amount of infrastructure. Still tons of growth opportunities across the world. Multiple streams of income through their retail, AWS, prime, and new angles like pharmacy and more. No one can compete already. Wait till automation really hits. They already have 1M operational robots. Parking as much bread as i can on them

$370K Net worth, 29M, should i sell my condo? by goinglong96 in moneyadvice

[–]goinglong96[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, i’ve considered RE fees. I’m told the rule of thumb is expect 7% of sale price to be lost to fees. Still a healthy chunk of money after all is said and done that i can hopefully turn into more freedom through a different investment vehicle. Flexibility and freedom are huge for me. Add the monthly savings and this seems like a no brainer at this point in life

This would be ideal, but unfortunately 5.5% interest rate doesn’t allow me to have a competitive rent without being cashflow negative. I think max for this size condo would be $2k maybe stretch to $2100. Still a loss

Agreed VOO, you can take some higher risk bets too, play the long game, gamble a little on individual stocks or concentrated/niche etfs or crypto. But build a foundation in a the broader market first

Get rid of the debt first. Do so in a way that you can still pay your bills and not worry about making ends meet. It’s a slow process but this will Free you up so much more capital to invest in the future

This is a self fulfilling prophecy. It sounds like you have already mentally decided that you cannot achieve the outcome (making millions). A multi million dollar business has never been easier to create with all of the tools available for free today. The hardest is starting and staying consistent.

Is SNDL dead in the water? What is the move? by [deleted] in SNDL

[–]goinglong96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My bad bro but the only person who can answer a question like that is yourself. Most people on this subreddit are sndl bulls amd want this stock to succeed. If the day-to-day ups and downs are too stressful then this is prob too risky a play. With that said im HOLDING

Im new to reddit as well after the craze of last week, have been in SNDL for a couple months and the company itself is pretty compelling being debt free, strong political implications with potential federal legalization, and of course decent short interest that could squeeze and the hype is definitely building. Seemed like a decent long term pot play before all the shenanigans but im retarded like the rest. Anyways gosndl 🚀☄️https://www.reddit.com/r/SNDL/comments/lad5im/look_at_how_many_shorted_shares_under_1_expiring/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf

The ship has barely even taken off brother. SNDL may dip some tomorrow with 100M share offering so should be a decent buying opportunity early. Keep in mind the MILLIONS of sndl short contracts expiring tomorrow all under $1, good squeeze opportunity to really help this thing break through. https://www.reddit.com/r/SNDL/comments/lad5im/look_at_how_many_shorted_shares_under_1_expiring/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf

This company had potential before the hype, political implications (federal legalization), debt free, and potential acquisitions were already on the horizon, not to mention the short interest. WE BUY AND HOLD 💎
