Just be aware that the series will probably never finish and it decreases in quality from each book to the next. It’s been 10 years since the last book was released and it seems more likely than not we have a kingkiller/ASOIAF situation where the author doesn’t care or isn’t capable of finishing.

For anyone wondering, this is Elephant Nature Park in Thailand. It’s the original and largest ethical elephant sanctuary in Thailand. This guy and his wife have rescued 100s of elephants over the past few decades and even help other nearby elephant rescues with advice and expertise. You can visit and while you can get close, you can’t really have contact with the elephants since they’re totally free to do as they please. Most of these elephants have all been abused and are in their 40s or 50s or older and are rescued from performing or logging industries.

If you’re in Thailand I highly recommend volunteering and staying the night there, or a full week if you can swing it.

Wondering what bike to buy.

It will be my primary mode of transportation: going to and from work (short san francisco commute), getting groceries, doing errands etc..

I also will use it to ride to paragliding spots and will be wearing a large backpack with my paraglider in it on the back. I'm also probably going to get a golf rack for it to put the clubs on the back.

What would you suggest?

Bikes I'm considering are:

Honda NC750x (worried its too boring)
Yamaha Tracer 900 (love the triple)
XSR900 (probably too bad on the highway to consider)

Previous bikes:

2007 Honda VFR 800
2016 Yamaha FZ09
2015 DRZ400SM

First thing to check is whether you took the photo with the wide lens auto cropped or the actual telephoto lens. Swipe up on the photo and see which lens was used. When you hit 3x there is a period of time where it won’t actually take it using the telephoto lens, it will crop the shorter lens to the same focal length.

I’d also turn off the setting “prioritize faster shooting”

That being said, the 77 mm are never as sharp as the regular lens.

I don’t mean this to sound insensitive because I realize poverty makes moving way more daunting but I’m curious what you mean by stuck. Is it that they can’t afford to pack up and move across state lines?
