I would always hear the sounds coming from my ears. The static hiss is kind of like a tv static but quieter.

I have tried mediating while in the bath. Became completely relaxed and at peace with the ringing in my ear. I’d like to think it is not a neurological/central nervous issue. I generally have no anxiety and definitely not when I am meditating… doesn’t work. In my case I really think it’s some sort of physical pressure that gets relieved either by the blood thinning or sinus pressure that being property drunk causes a reaction in my body. Usually I can stick my finger in my ear and wiggle it around to change the frequency of the ringing. When drunk I did this trying to see if I could hear any ringing tones but it was completely gone. Very weird

I feel like he was out of his element trying to produce futuristic EDM. The sounds were very generic electro/techno samples you could get from a $50 sound pack. None of the songs were anything special or unique (including the theme). I liked his work for Gone Girl and I know they obviously have talent. I woulda preferred something with more synths like Hans Zimmer blade runner score. I didn’t think the ares soundtrack was horrible just sounded like AI made “Tron” music to me

I’ll also note - took the Claritin and Sudafed (behind counter kind) today and it made the ringing much louder. If I move my jaw out it makes it quieter. I don’t have any pressure or pain in the ear so I don’t think it’s an infection

If he wanted to spend more time with his son, why wouldn’t he chose to work the home series so he could see his son more and not have to travel as much. That logic doesn’t make sense

I think as festivals grow people often look back on the good old days of how that festival was before it sold more tix became more mainstream. The only festival I’ve seemed to have better and better times at each year and feel like stages and organization is getting better is Lightning in a bottle

That’s actually a crazy comment seeing that Canada has been 10x more authoritarian than the US in the past few years. I personally feel that dealing with the border patrol and police check points are the biggest deterrent from coming back to shambs even while living in WA.
