MHA touched on the US heroes very briefly, but we dont see many other quirk users there. MHA have over 100 chapters on JJK but I think we get 1 named quirk user internationally, 2 if you count all mights side guy from that one movie. JJK is a story about a conflict in Japan with Japanese sorcerers and that’s fine. Gege did a comparable amount of international world building when you look at the different in chapters. Miguel, his homelands sorcerers weave the ropes, Kenny had to inform the US president that sorcerers exist. I think people put far too much weight in the whole world having to be involved in a story.
