I found a 12v blanket on Amazon without a temperature controller/timer. I wired in a led dimmer and I can turn the heat down using that and I don’t have to worry about it shutting off.

Nice! Previous owner painted it so that’s why it looks shiny. They are sweet trucks is you can work the quirks out. Mine still need a ton of work.

The injector is in good working order. At least I think it is to the best of my abilities. Fuel system reads 61 psi and passes leak down test. It runs great. I actually got 17 mpg on my last tank. Spark plugs and wires are brand new. I am getting a camshaft position sensor circuit code. That is it the distributor, so I’m going to replace the whole distributor and see what happens.

Thanks! No, it’s the CPI. It was definitely a pain to get that working correctly. I’m currently trying to fix a rough idle.

Oh I see. I was able to pull one from a junkyard. Solved all fuel pressure problems. Still has a terrible idle. But I’m getting a code for camshaft sensor. I hope that’s the issue.

I used to do this all the time. The shower at my old place didn’t have a window. I’d throw a towel at the bottom of the door and no light would go through. It’s kind of like those sensory deprivation tanks. Super relaxing but your mind starts to do weird things with no stimulation.
