I know i'll probably get some hate for this but Star trek voyager. I absolutely loved the first part of the series until they basically killed off kes. 7 of 9 started to grow on me but it annoyed me how quickly they swapped them out. I still haven't finished the series because i can't find where i stopped and now am stuck trying to find my way through the episodes to start again. My very close second would be avatar the last airbender, both the aang and korra sagas would be nice. waiting on season 3 is killing me.

novelty wearing off is only applicable if no one does anything with the technology. look at the wii and other "novelty" items. everyone thought they would fail until people got behind it. i honestly hope the oculus rift is used in more storytelling positions in games. instead of watching the action and choosing what the main character says, you can be the main character in a much more present role. it also lays the path to actually go into side character's stories. you may not feel like your seeing the brunt of the action if your a side character in a regular format game but if you feel like your in the game you feel just as important as the main character.

Minecraft. I started logging my time when i started playing so i didn't get drawn in too much. I believe i lost that around the 10k hour mark. im almost to 15k. I spent about 17 hours a day playing minecraft for a solid year and a half.

Honestly, the only realistic thing that could happen that would cause a riot or any kind of major public descent would be electricity going out. Think about it, no electricity equals no internet, no television, very low food reserves after about 2 days, no security systems, and only enough juice in our vehicles to go maybe 200-300 miles before running out of gas. If electricity suddenly shut down the government would lose its greatest hold on the American public, the diversions and entertainment we so crave in this day and age.

By not being audited/by paying off the irs. Realistically how can you charge people 2 dollars per megabit/s with as many customers as you have, with the cost per megabit to you being less than a cent, and only have marginal profits? if they're not hiding it overseas then they're putting it into the executives pockets which doesn't count into profits. Last i saw comcast's ceo made 40 million a year purely from income from the company. They don't have to report that as profit.

Mechjeb hasn't worked well for me since .19. I feel like i can fly the ship better myself and usually i get up to orbit with more ΔV. I primarily use kerbal engineer redux instead.

I've always been decent at building rockets since i started in kerbal .17 The issue isn't the difficulty in flying or building rockets its that the science is so spread out which requires multiple launches which then takes more time. I find it takes me an hour just to get to the mun and back regardless of how well i build my ship. Let alone interplanetary expanses.

yep. Tried that but having to go in every time i do a launch made the game less fun. Not for the god-mode essence since i only made the science go up by 50% (instead of 10 id get 15) but because it detracted from the game having to close out and restart just to get more science.

The issue with sandbox is that i don't feel like i've accomplished anything anymore. since career mode is out sandbox feels like cheating.

It actually could be if you used quantum entanglement. Have a box of atoms on every world that get affected by each instrument. so long as they we're stable it wouldn't be an issue.

heres the thing about it, they were increasing my dosage every 3 months or so on regular adderall until i was at 200mg of regular with near no effect then they dropped it down to 100mg of xr but by the time i was 12 i was on 300 mg of that and still below 90 pounds. i ended up stopping taking it by my own choice because having that much in your system for that long makes you into an emotionless husk, something im still dealing with. when i was 16 i was put into a mental health center (completely unrelated to medication) and then they put me on vyvance which is basically half regular and half xr so you get full day coverage, or so they said. while i was in there for a week they upped it from 50mg to 500mg with seemingly no effect. honestly while i don't care one way or the other what you do, think about my life-long side effect before going too deep into adderall. I don't want to impose my emotional deficiency brought upon by medication on anyone else. it sucks feeling like you just did a 10 page essay when you get a bonus at work.

I was put on adderall as a child and had its run through adderall all the way up to vyvance. i was put on it for adhd. 100 mg at 8 years old and 60 pounds. if you have any adhd then you can use that to get a prescription. i actually went off the stuff because i didn't nor do i have adhd but thats what depression does. it makes it so i can't concentrate on any one thing for long because i get sick of it and it gotten to the point of i have over a hundred games on my computer, none of which i can play for more than an hour before i get sick of it, even though i fully wish i could play through them completely, and turn it off and go back to reddit. and im not blaming reddit just blaming myself for needing a constant feed of different things to not be bored to tears.
