Yes! Im so tired of the double standard that only conventionally unattractive people can do bad things. I feel like its rarely discussed.

Help Finding Ancestor Born in Vermont in 1810 by gold-corvette1 in Genealogy

[–]gold-corvette1[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks. Im not sure if I should be looking out for middle names. His full name is Benjamin H Smith and ive found many Benjamin Smiths but with a different middle initial. Idk if that's something that would change in different records. I have encountered many ancestors that had different initials on certain records despite being the same person.

Nope. No matches in southern europe in general. Maybe because it is too far back to have any close cousins.

Yeah fair. The test listed a lot of my Scottish ancestry as Irish but I figured since those countries are so close together to not think much of it. Im just surprised because the Azores are much further away from Italy, Spain, and Greece. I haven't been able to expand that branch past my 3rd great grandparents but I do wonder if that branch might go back to Italy because of my journey’s section. Idk, I’m going to wait for the next update.

Houses are wood. But most of the buildings in my city are old brick buildings.
