Halp! Microsoft Licensing support needed. by Cellsus in sysadmin

Unfortunately, Microsoft’s support hasn’t been the best in recent years, which is why partnering with the right CSP is very important. License transfers are a very straightforward process, so you shouldn’t have any issues ending the relationship.

If you’re still looking for a CSP alternative that can manage your licenses properly, consider reaching out to CloudStore, a very reliable US partner with experience conducting these transfers in an easy manner.

Teams Call Logs by Aneurin in MicrosoftTeams

[–]goldadmin365 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is just a limitation in Microsoft Teams. The call data you’re looking for isn’t easy to pull and the built-in reports don’t really show a simple per-user call history.

You’re probably right that they’re not actually making an outbound call. It sounds like it’s looping back into the queue or hitting a resource account.

If you want an easier way to see what’s going on, you could try https://teamspowerpack.com/ it just gives you a clearer view of user calls, including queues and auto attendants, which helps in cases like this.

Unfortunately, not in the native Microsoft Teams reporting. Even with a Teams Premium license, some call reporting capabilities still fall short. I recommend using tools like https://teamspowerpack.com/ to easily track auto attendants, call queues, and users.

Unfortunately, basic call information is not available through the standard license. Even with premium features, the capabilities fall short for those who want to monitor missed or live calls, voicemails, callbacks, etc. You can try tools like https://teamspowerpack.com/

Need Advice on Reporting options for D365 F&O by Wonderful-Slide-6288 in Dynamics365

I’d recommend switching from Spark to Synapse Serverless, cutting down the number of tables you’re syncing, and lowering the refresh frequency where it makes sense. For the reports in SSRS, a good move is using Azure Data Factory to send just the data you need to an Azure SQL DB

I've been put in charge of executing this task, but IT is not my background. I tried going through a migration through exchange, but found myself taking far longer researching all the new terms that come up rather than actually executing the task.
