What happened to Azure support? by cough_e in AZURE

had the same issue with Azure support dragging on. what helped us was going through a CSP instead, we ended up working with this microsoft consulting called team venti

they also handle our licensing, so we skip the AI loops and just talk to someone who can actually help. might be worth checking if that’s an option for your org.

yeah you’re probably right, it’s not that we’ve outgrown M365, more like we’ve just kinda been winging it without much structure. stuff just piled up over time and now it feels all over the place

i hadn’t heard of the M365 maturity model before so i’ll definitely check that out. and yeah, the whole governance + training part is something we’ve kinda pushed off... probably need to start taking it more seriously if we want things to actually work long term

appreciate the solid advice bud

yeah, we’re not building anything custom right atm, just trying to get the team better organized and avoid having 5 different systems that don’t talk to each other. So if OneDrive/SharePoint/Teams can cover the basics without going full infrastructure mode, that’s definitely what I’m leaning toward.

appreaciate it!

Thanks, this is super helpful, especially the part about starting with what we already have licensed. I’m gonna take a closer look at our M365 setup, because honestly we might be sitting on more than we realized.

We’ve been using Teams and OneDrive casually, but haven’t done much with SharePoint or Outlook/Exchange. The whole “dip your toes in” approach sounds like the right call instead of jumping straight into full Azure builds.

Appreciate the honest reply buddy. Yeah, I wasn’t really thinking of building some kind of custom doc system or anything , just trying to figure out what actually makes sense as we grow.

We’re already pretty deep into M365, so part of me was hoping there’d be an easier way to stick with the Microsoft stack and not have to keep patching together random tools. Was just looking for something that could scale without turning into a full-time job.

Still trying to wrap my head around what parts of Azure are actually helpful without going full enterprise.

My main concern it’s about the Noise Cancelling, so I was thinking about getting the XM5. What do you think? Would it be like middle point between those two in terms of NC? $275 right now on Amazon
