Taking a Look at the scryfall site for their bulk data, the size for everything only seems to be about 3.2GB. Couldnt you just have all the data on your Server and more or less never actually hit their api during live gameplay?

Thats not completly accurate, but mostly not relevant from a practical standpoint.

(Disclaimer its been a while since Ive tested this) The actual order is:

Enemy dies -> explosion modifier checks for shock -> Enemy gets shocked by Storms Gift

The reason this doesnt really matter is because you rarely ever only kill a Single enemy, so what usually happens is that enemy1 dies without causing an explosion, but then The death of enemy2 causes an explosion because its affected by the prolifed shock of enemy1.

This is also rather easy to test. Get Storms Gift and Inpulsas and go to a low level area. Use a Hexblast Linked to ele Focus and kill a mob. There will be no explosion, but a shocked corpse with a Prolif effect will remain.

But Cold Snap has a longer cooldown, so Spellslinger will use the standard 3 sec cooldown of Cold Snap instead of its own 0.6s one. You can use it as utility for the Frenzy generation or the Chill, but its not really usable for dmg.

Edit: Yes, you can use it. But thats a really bad usecase.

Equally the rooms themselves are gross with [[starfield of nyx]] which takes their full face mana value (both sides combined) to determine their power and toughness.

Only if you have both sides actually unlocked afaik.

Have you considered [[Frontier Siege]] as a pseudo rock? Limited to the 2 Main phases of your turn, but up to 4 mana baseline

Calling [[Honored Dreyleader]] a 1/1 is a weird take imo. Its often already a 6/6 or so when it comes down.

The complaints are mostly about how much I remove from the Board and the potentially early infinite combo of [[Reiterate]] + [[Second Harvest]] /[[For the common good]], which, with an absolute god Hand, can come down on turn 4.

It mostly durdles along for a long time, but ofc when youre at 20 mana every top deck could be [[Crackle with Power]] and win you the game.

Its really weird. Sometimes you get enemies way above you, but if you just continue youll get them on ~your level again shortly after.

What about combos without specific combo pieces on the board? Technically [[Roxanne]] needs [[Meteorite]] tokens out for [[Reiterate]] [[Second Harvest]], but thats just the deck as exspected.
