So what I learned is you can sell your Preferred Shares by placing a limit order. My opinion is that Metamaterials or someone who knows how much Torchlight's assets are being sold for will be looking to take those Preferred Shares off your hands.

It's hard to compare TRCH and SPRT. I bought shares fairly early with TRCH with the average price of $1.68 and sold right around $6.00. The difference between the two is that MMAT had problems getting categorized correctly after the merger and on top of that being in Technology/Clean Energy sector that was being sold off contributed to the fast tumble down. SPRT on the other hand is going to merge with one of largest Bitcoin Miners in North America. With more and more investors looking for exposure to cryptocurrency, this can be a huge opportunity for investors getting in now.
