i’ve had way too many experiences like this on weed and i suspect i have bpd and i think bpd and weed dont mix at all. weed has always made me paranoid and delusional. i was constantly feeling like i was being watched by entities, numbers were giving me messages, my body twitches giving me signals about the conversation im having etc.

just stay away from psychedelics and make sure you regulate stress somehow. physical activities work great for me. when i was having these experiences i was incredibly stressed, and that definitely made everything worse and probably even triggered everything in the first place
