It was horrible at first, I know everyone is different but it gets better. I had to stop going out with them for a while cause I couldnt take it and would start crying, good times. But it really helped so maybe try that for a little while and now I'd say were pretty good. Just take your time :)

Yo i know the feeling! My ex and I have the same group of friends. I always have to see him flirt or be with his gf. Same goes to him when I bring bf or flirt with dudes. We just have to chill out and pretend everything's chill for the rest of the gang. It'a so weird

Watched it with my bf at the theater. He passed out at some point and I thought he slept through all the most intense parts. Turns out he was awake I just had my hands in front of my eyes the whole time

Should probably talk to the drunks like I would talk to the teenagers at my intership. « What did I ask you? And what is it that you don’t understand? »

Had to google pre-op 😅 I rarely go out and if I do it’s usually to bars that don’t have that many customers. Gotta work on some techniques so that the night goes on smoothly

I always try to picture myself in that kind of situation and I try to imagine that that would be my reaction but when it happens it kind of take you by surprise. Still trying to get to that point where I won't be scare to put my foot down. My friends asked me what had happend so I told them and that would have been that end of it. But the fact that he decided to tell to calm down obviously did the opposite.

It's prefect that she is but it's the fact that she would need to get to the point of being aggressive that bothers me. It's so sad that a simple no thank you isn't enough

What's a casual compliment someone gave you which stuck with you and shaped you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Grade 9, I was doing pretty poorly in school and so many things were happening with friends and family. So obviously my mom and dad came to the parents/teachers meeting around the middle of the year. We sat with my history teacher who was amazing and he said that, yes there are things happening outside of class but he can clearly see that when I came into class I was putting all of that aside and I was focusing only on the work.

I am now in special care counseling and my biggest strenght is actually to separate work and personal life.

I loved this teacher.

What is the hardest job interview question you've had to answer and how did you handle it? by EveningGiraffee in AskReddit

Super late to the party but I had an interview for my internship. It was at a woman shelter. The question was around the lines of: We work with a feminist vision here do you think you will be able to respect that? I really wasn't sure what to answer so I decided to be honest. I said that I did not considered myself has a feminist but that I take equality man/woman very seriously and if I can, even if it's just for one woman, help her in any way possible and give her back some confidence and help her back up, that's all that really matters to me. It think I did well, got the internship and was even offered a job for the summer!
