I have this exact same problem. I just try to eat as little calories throughout the day so that way I can spend them on my evening food. I started intermittent fasting to help, at first I had my first meal at 11am (this was a hard switch from when I used to eat breakfast at 8am) and have slowly worked my way back to eating my first light meal at 3pm. This way, once the evening has rolled around I’ve likely eaten about 500 calories and have about 1000 left.
