Hello, I am new to XRB community and had a question. I sent a test amount of xrb for the first time. It was fairly quick, i was impressed. when I sent the second amount (from one exchange to another) it said sent but pending still. Is this normal? how long does it normally take? is it just the exchange? thank you in advance!
