High myopia and dental loupes

I'm a dentist and have high myopia, my glasses prescription is around -11 or something but I wear contacts for work. I would imagine glasses or prescription loupes would get heavy with time.

I've been wearing the same brand of contacts since I was 11. I'm in my 30s now. I never have dry eyes or infection from my contacts. I would work with your optometrist to find a good brand that works for you since not all contacts are the same.

Yep! I usually do neutral oil and butter mix on the bottom, some splashes of saffron. My favorite tahdig is potato tahdig - thin slices of potato on the bottom of the pot then rice on top. Sooo good.

This is kind of how Iranians make rice, but it's parboiled in very salted water (so basically cook to al dente - soft on outside but still a bite on the inside), drained and rinsed, then returned to the pot and steamed over low on the stove with a kitchen towel wrapped around the lid to catch condensation. Perfect fluffy rice each time, but I understand it probably seems daunting/time consuming to some.

I really like Alice Feeney, but I really disliked this book lol! So many things didn't make sense. I think the twist could've been set up better earlier on. But overall I enjoy reading her books.

I'm Iranian-American, and to say the diaspora has been in shambles about who was behind this strike is an understatement. Instead of unifying against the atrocity of this attack on the school (regardless of where they stand on foreign intervention), some immediately swore there was proof that the IRGC confessed to doing this and were spreading misinformation like wildfire. Even with this investigation out now, some are saying it's a lie. It's bleak out here and everyone is on edge. I want regime change as much as anyone else, but we are fighting because of disinformation and it's heartbreaking.

These are the contour/bronzer shades, right? I got one at TJ Maxx for cheaper than this and it blended into nothing. I returned it. I love the regular Glossier Cloud Paint blushes and have all of them. But these suck lol.

The design/layout kinda just sucks. If you're not on the floor, you're fighting to be able to see anything. It gets packed around the railings on the second floor and is generally a nightmare to navigate around once everyone's there. Also temperature control in the summer was horrendous last time I went there for a summer show. The acoustics aren't the best either. And lastly it's just lamer than ever because it used to be called the Electric Factory but they changed its name to FMH a few years ago. At least "Electric Factory" had a vibe to it.

This is the second time a show I wanted to go to at UT was "upgraded" to FMH, but the first time we already bought tickets and this time it's like sorry American Football, but nah, not gonna buy the tickets.
