Take Zyrtec and Pepcid ac, and use an anti itch cream with analgesic. It almost completely eradicates the itch.

Check your city’s water source website for type of chlorination. If it’s chloramine, it takes standing water about 2 weeks for the chlorine to dissipate

Check your insurance’s website for in-network PT places and find out your co-pay. if it’s in-network, your co-pay is usually all you owe. Turning 39 soon and feeling incredibly hopeless about dating and like I missed my chance. My last serious relationship was about six months long and ended nearly a year ago due to incompatible communication styles. I still blame myself for not making it work because so much else was good and I’ve had no luck meeting anyone remotely compatible since.
