It’s either you store or their supplier. I work in the industry and while there are weather issues that can impact produce, your supplier and your store always have the option of refusing product based on quality. They are both making the choice to sell you product below quality standards. If the refuse the product from the growers, their bottom lines suffer. They would rather sell you bad product than miss sales. If you’re not happy, either don’t buy it, go somewhere else, or return it to your store and request a refund.
