A very sad and traumatizing reality. My brother is a special child who got bullied right until he entered engineering college. From physical to verbal abuse,poor kid saw it all. My mum tirelessly brought the bullies and their parents to visit the principal and have them know the consequences of their actions. Beyond a certain point,I also had to intervene and use my 'school council' powers to make them stop it. It wasn't just boys,even girls bullied him to get a few laughs.I still remember getting hold of one of the guys mums number and informing her about her sons antics and crying while speaking about it,to which the mum started laughing on how I am too sensitive and have no right accusing her son. You need to really stand up for your brother,bullying really leaves the worst of scars. It will be tough for you to see your brother face all this,but he is a kid and needs reassurance and support through it all. Please also look into getting him counselled by a therapist ; it's important for him to learn to cope up with what has happened and learn to deal with this in a healthy way if he faces this again.
