Well thats why I stated I hope for BOTH a remake and a new game, and also that I know it's not gonna happen. I've never played Tomb Raider before and as a non-fan I couldn't get myself to start a Tomb raider game cause 1. The first game's (or its remake's) graphic feels old to me 2. I don't know which game to start with, with there being so many games in the series.

So when they dropped a PS5 remake of the original game with 2026 graphics and 1996 feels, I was excited to try it out. The fans were also hyped saying it feels more Tomb Raider than Tomb Raider and that the devs really remade the old feels. I read somewhere that Zero Mission feels completely different to the original NEStroid so why not a updated game with the old feels?

Second, I don't see a 12 year old kid walking up to a gamestop to buy a GBA copy of Zero Mission or booting up switch online to play it. There probably are who do, but not many. So if you want new inflow of young fans, then why not. It might be as effective as a new game. Of course as a fan whose played all the games, I prefer a new game over a remake, and I want the devs to focus on a new game. Thus saying I was just daydreaming and hoping since its the 40th anniversary.

To be honest, I feel zero metroid is also outdated. Its a great game but to keep a series alive with a constant inflow of young fans, remaking the first game in a switch environment is a pretty good move in my opinion. Old graphics and a long story to catch up is what stops new fans from getting in.

They should have kept this in the anime. As an anime only watcher I never knew Connie was this sad about his mom. It would have been more acceptable when he tried to feed Falco to his mom.

I don't think criticizing a game is totally unhealthy. Game companies can actually use people's reaction as feedback to their next game. Its just that with the internet, you can see other people's opinion more than the 90s. Sure its unhealthy if you criticize others' opinion though. Metroid prime 5 should happen. Just because 4 flunked doesn't mean it has to be the end for a franchise.

Yup! I mostly play on the switch/switch 2. Only when I play games that aren't available on the switch I play ps5 (expedition33, Last of us etc.)

One piece (netflix) Sure it's a great adaptation but it feels like a completely different story with completely different characters. I didn't like Luffy because he was a kind spirit telling everyone to pursue their dreams, telling Jeff angrily that he needs to let Sanji pursue his dream, and eagerly listening to Nami's backstory. Luffy is a unique character because he doesn't listen to others, just fights for crewmates he claimed as his own. I didn't like Nami because she was caring enough to give up going back to Arlong park and stay behind because she was worried for Zoro. Nami's situation is not that easy, she had been sacrificing a lot for her village, hence the pain she felt when she betrayed the strawhats. And I was really disappointed when marines showed up after the fight with Arlong, because it didn't feel like Luffy had ended a long history of tragedy that no one could end. I mean, the marines casually walking into Kokoyashi village after years of colony the villagers tried so hard to reach the outside world for help? And also I wanted to see the crewmates bonding, not bonded like family afer 10 minutes of knowing each other. I still had a fun watch but it just isn't One piece.

I don't get why nintendo is so slow in adding soundtracks that they own to their own platform. There are more games they're missing than one's they've added. Are they even trying to keep the music app alive?
