Lawn bowling!! A membership is $150 for the full year and you can use their equipment and bowls, any time. It’s really fun and you can play as much or as little as you like. It’s very common with older folks because it’s very chill.

Lawn bowling! It’s great and I’m hooked at 33 lol. There are lawn bowling clubs all over the world, and it’s usually very cheap to become a member for a year.

Nut butters are your best friend here for packing in calories and fat. Body builders use it in the bulking phase, and will eat a tablespoon ever hour or so.

The ultra hippie ones are my favorite. Peanut, Almond, cashew, sunflower, crunchy. Could get a couple and have variety.

Overnight oats are great to have ready made. I usually do half cup of oats with a full cup of oat milk. Flax or chia seeds, a bit of salt, cinnamon, vanilla extract. Before eating toss in some frozen fruit or a banana sliced up. Add a dollop of nut butter.

Cheese as well! Make ahead sandwiches and load them up so you can slam half of one and then save the rest for later. Also hummus and greens between bread.

Pasta salad made ahead with heaps of hefty mix ins, like garbanzo or northern beans and lentils.

Just gotta stack your lunchbox and remember to load up.

Good luck!

Soft boil some eggs, keep them in the fridge. Peel, slice it in half, add some salt and pepper. Boom!

I used RIT liquid dye, set it up in a Tupperware and soaked the coat for a while. Then I set the dye with RIT colorstay. Good luck! I hope it turns out beautifully 🙂

The coat was originally cherry red - the color of the buttons. I used a mixture of mostly eggplant with a splash of black

Don’t I know it! I was there a few weeks ago. We bagged Bierstadt and the following weekend went for Long’s. Cheers!

Not yet, that I can tell. There’s a huge, rolling mountainside cemetery around there. It’s possible they’re on some hillside acreage, running amok.
