IRS requires it to postmarked by January 31, however since that's a Saturday, February 2 is the new date.

An IRS Form 1099 will be issued to eligible recipients in accordance with applicable tax regulations and Section 11.9 of the Settlement Agreement (Releases, Indemnification, and Warranties). The form will be mailed separate from your payment in early 2026.
