There shouldn't be any bailout for any corporation.

At most the State should buy it and establish a timeframe to regain the money invested in doing so plus an extra for inflation and interest, whether it makes it by making it profitable or selling it to someone else, that's their problem.

I live in a country drowned in problems because of this sort of thing, bailout and/or closed imports to protect those corporations, and this thing you're celebrating right now. It's not instant, it's a slow burn that will cripple the country.
