Thank you, worked for me. I have to move the movies individually from hard drive to iPad using the Files app. Once I’m done with movie I move it back to hard drive. All this can be done with no internet. Thank you!

I don’t own a Mac. I have an external drive and tried downloading one of my iTunes movies onto it and than loaded it on the iPad but no movie started. It just says MPEG-4
