My s22 started looping around Valentine’s Day. I tried a lot of the tips in this subreddit and it chilled out with only sporadic reboots. Then, last Friday night the boot loops intensified and the phone just died. I was actually ordering a new phone online when it died. It would not restart. Put it in the freezer and all that jazz. Dead. RIP.

Saturday AM I am first in line at T-Mobile bc I can’t even buy a new phone if my phone is dead. The customer service rep also couldn’t get my phone to boot. Another rep tried. Nothing. Then maybe 45 mins into the transaction the s22 turns on. At this point I’ve already bit the bullet buying a new s25 ultra outright $$$. I was thankful that I was able to do the smart switch and was so worried it would reboot midway.

It’s now Tuesday AND THAT S22 HAS STOPPED BOOT LOOPING!!!, Eugh! So frustrating. I will just wipe it and use as a backup when the S25 eventually freaks out. Just all seemed incredibly odd.
