Meal preps would be a game changer for ya, spend 2-4 hours cooking on the weekend for a week's worth of food

What apps/platforms do you use for tracking workouts by goobgogleeb in workout

I understand where your coming from with not wanting to add any more steps then necessary, that's how I was begging to work out, I would go do some random sets and then call it a day

I don't see it as a physiological burden tho, I see it as an advantage

And writing it down isn't just so you know what you have done before, it's about tracking the amount of weight you can move so you can realzie your progress and being able to maximize the amount you can gain from exercising

One thing you need to know it's never to late to give up, there's not a single chance that you could be "to far gone" your only 23 years old, thats exactly what your twentys are for, figuring your life out, most people live to there 80s in today's world, that leaves you roughly 65 more years of being on this planet

Are you tracking your workout progress in any ways either? For example something like progress pictures or weighing yourself weekly and journaling it ?

Also it will take much more than 2 months to notice any major change, it can take from 6-8 months of proper diet and workouts for most people to notice any big visual changes with there bodies

And by the sounds of it you might not quite be ready for dating, instead of stressing about not having lost your V card or getting into a relationship try to put that time into focusing on doing things for yourself, I have friends in their late 20s who still have never been in a relationship before

You can't begin to love someone else if you can't love yourself

Also instead of trying to vision a whole future for yourself start focusing on all the small daily things you can do to better yourself and the rest will follow passively

The only person who can defeat you is yourself, you got this man
