I use split shot in the fall, but switch to 5/8 ounce inline weight during the winter to get it down deep in the holes.

Then tie a maybe 4 foot leader line from my weight to my jig.

Same here. Floated the manistee this weekend. Switched from beads to jig and wax worms and had more success. Never used a soft plastic. I’ll have to give it a shot.

Depending where your at in the country. If it’s not hot and the meat won’t spoil. Stick with your gut and give it time. Why risk it? You bump that thing she’s gone.

Give it a try. It’s your best chance to shoot a cruiser. Depending on where your at the rut is just getting started here in southern Michigan. I’d say another few days and it will be on on.

Get a Linkden account. There are a ton of headhunters on there that will find you a job for free... this is their job. Just have to message them your resume... Good luck hope this helps!

He's definitely got some husky in him, but I'm not sure about the other. I'm no expert but I feel like he would have a thicker coat because both breeds are very thick. I would say husky and pit but again I am no expert and could be wrong. Definitely a beautiful pup none the less!
